How much does shipping cost? 
Australian orders:
Standard Shipping - $10.00 AUD
Express Shipping - $15.00 AUD

We offer free shipping within Australia on orders that are over $50 AUD

International shipping is automatically calculated at checkout depending on the weight of the items of your purchase and your shipping address and location

How long will shipping take?
Delivery within Australia by Standard Post may take 2-10 business days and Express Post can take 2-5 business days.

Delivery times for international order will vary depending on the country, state and post.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be shipping within two business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping rates will be calculated at time of check out depending on the weight of the items of your purchase and your shipping address and location

Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes 

Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track the delivery status of your order on the www.auspost.com.au or www.sendle.com website

Please note that Australia Post tracking is not available for every country

All items are shipped from Kanahooka, NSW, Australia

Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer a pickup option at the moment

What to do if I submit the wrong postal information?
Please make sure all postal information is correct and up to date, as we take no responsibility for incorrect information or sending your item to the incorrect address. If your postal information is incorrect, please advise RIGHT AWAY at hello@pixiepets.com.au and provide us with the correct information. Once your item is shipped unfortunately there is nothing further, we can do
